This program will teach the fundamentals of football. Athletes will improve their form and technique through instruction from former varsity football coaches, youth coaches and physical education teachers.
You will be working on skills such as passing, catching, running the ball, blocking and learn the correct way to tackle in order to prevent concussions.
In addition the athletes will build upon a foundation of speed and agility, change of directions and movement training all in which will improve athletic performance on the field.
